Healthy clean protein is one of the main struggles for the hungry and those in need. Every animal that is recovered during controlled hunts is utilized and redistributed to people within the community. At this time, Maui Wild Game Management to Feed the Hungry distributes our meat to friend's and family within the Maui Community.

•Archery- by trying to minimize the impact on surrounding neighbors while still being effective, archery has become a main focus of Maui Wild Game Management. Archery allows MWGMFH to control animal populations in densely populated areas or areas where rifles are either potentially unsafe or a possible noise nuisance.
•Rifles – Daytime
•Archery- by trying to minimize the impact on surrounding neighbors while still being effective, archery has become a main focus of Maui Wild Game Management. Archery allows MWGMFH to control animal populations in densely populated areas or areas where rifles are either potentially unsafe or a possible noise nuisance.
•Rifles – Daytime and Night time (if a DLNR night time permit can be obtained) is the quickest most efficient method to bring numbers down fast.
•Air Rifles- Similar to Archery, Air Rifles have less of a noise impact.

We offer a no cost approach to Landowners and distribution of the meat. In order to fund operations we work with donors to provide a tax deductible donation. Maui Wild Game Management to Feed the Hungry is proud to announce we have launched a youth archery program. Three of our members are USA Level 2 or higher certified. We have partnered with Aloha Archers to use their NFAA range along with the 28 station 3D course. The youth program is currently looking to launch in the high schools on Maui to pass on archery to the next generation.
